Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Tiraisoft ("we", "us") for your use of Tiraisoft Radar.

By creating an account or using Tiraisoft Radar, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. Tiraisoft Radar is operated by Tiraisoft, so you also accept Tiraisoft's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which apply to us as a company and in addition to these terms. Where these terms and Tiraisoft's terms cover the same subject, these terms govern your use of Tiraisoft Radar. If you do not accept all of them, do not use Tiraisoft Radar.

What the service is

Review Radar watches the Google reviews of a business you track, together with up to three competitors you choose, and alerts you when a negative review has no reply from the owner. You claim a business from a Google listing, and we fetch its reviews on a schedule and show what changed. It does not post replies to Google on your behalf and it cannot remove a review.

The same account also offers the Local Rank Tracker: for a business and a search you choose, it looks up Google Maps results from a grid of points around the business on a weekly schedule and shows where the business appears at each point. Rankings are a snapshot of public search results at the time of the scan; they change without notice and are shown as observed, not as a promise of where you will appear.

It also offers Listing Guard: for a business you choose, it checks the public Google listing on a daily schedule and emails you when the details it shows change. It reports what the public listing shows at the time of each check, after a change has appeared; it cannot prevent a change, and it does not show who made one.

Your account

• You need a working email address; sign-in is by one-time code, so there is no password to lose. Anyone who can read your email can sign in as you, so keep access to it secure.
• One account is for one person.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 13.

What you submit

You keep every right you already had in what you submit. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the permission we need to run the service for you: to store it, process it (including sending it to our AI provider, as described in the Privacy Policy), and show the result back to you. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload, reverse-engineer or circumvent the service or its metering; do not resell it or run it on someone else's behalf as a bureau; and do not scrape or automate it in ways that degrade it for others.

Credits and payment

• Credits are the unit of work. One tracked business — your location and up to three competitors — costs 100 credits for one month. Current plans, prices and credit amounts are on the pricing page.
• Free accounts get a one-time welcome grant, not a monthly refill. A paid plan adds credits each billing cycle.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel in the app at any time. You keep access and credits for the period you have already paid for, and you can resume before that period ends.
• Credits are a product, not money. When you buy credits you are buying the right to use Tiraisoft Radar, and the purchase completes at that moment. Credits are not a deposit or stored value, and we do not hold funds on your behalf. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged, and are not redeemable except as use of the service.
• Credits do not expire. Unspent credits stay in your account until you use them.
• Credits exist only inside Tiraisoft Radar, and last as long as it does. If we discontinue Tiraisoft Radar, or stop operating it for any reason, unspent credits stop being usable, and we do not refund them or convert them to money. That is the other side of credits not expiring.
• A watch is paid for when you claim it, and again each month it stays active. If your balance cannot cover the next month, that watch pauses instead of being charged in part, and you can add credits and resume it.
• Payments for credits are final. We do not give money back for credits, spent or unspent. That does not mean a charge made in error is kept: a duplicate charge, or a charge after you cancelled, is corrected. Email billing@tiraisoft.com with the date and amount. Any rights your local consumer law gives you apply on top of these terms and are not reduced by them.
• Price changes apply from your next billing period. Taxes, where they apply, are your responsibility unless we state otherwise.

Availability

We do not promise uptime. The service depends on third parties — hosting, AI providers, payment processors — and we may change, suspend or discontinue features, or the service itself. Unspent credits are tied to the service and are not refunded when it ends, as set out under Credits and payment above.

Ending it

You may stop using Tiraisoft Radar whenever you like: cancel in the app, and ask us to close your account and delete what is in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, and for a serious breach we may do so without notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To that same extent, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you actually paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under consumer protection law, and for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are reflected here with a new date at the top; there is no mailing list and no notification undertaking. This page is the record, and it is the version in force. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes belong to the courts of Indonesia — except where the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring a claim locally, which these terms do not take away.
