Google review response generator
Paste a Google review and get a reply you can edit and post. The draft is written in the voice of an owner who is calm, specific, and not defending themselves — which is the voice that reads well to the next customer, who is the real audience for every reply.
A worked example
A two-star review about a long wait, where the wait was real.
The review
Two stars. Booked a 9am appointment and wasn't seen until 9:50. Nobody told me why. The treatment itself was fine but I can't plan a morning around that.
A reply that lands
Thank you for telling us — a 50-minute wait with no explanation is not the experience we want anyone to have, and I am sorry. That morning ran late after an emergency, but you should have been told at the desk rather than left guessing, and that part is on us. If you'd like to come back, call and ask for me directly; I'll book you at a time I can protect. — [Owner name]
Edit it before you post. The draft gets you past the blank box; the specifics are yours, and they are the part that reads as real.
Three rules that matter more than the wording
-
Answer the specific thing they said. A reply that could be pasted under any review reads as one that was.
-
Never argue about what happened. The next customer is reading to see how you behave when you are criticised, not to adjudicate.
-
If money or a redo was already given, say so plainly — it closes the thread for everyone else reading it.
