Google review monitoring

The one-star review you have not answered yet.

Watches your Google reviews and up to three competitors, and tells you the day a negative review lands that you have not answered. Reviews sync once a day, and the alert arrives by email — so you hear it from us, not from a customer who noticed first.

100 credits, granted once when the account is created. Starting your first watch spends the grant in full — 100 credits for the month, leaving none for drafted replies, which cost 1 credit each on top. Top up or subscribe to draft one. No card required to start; subscriptions are billed through PayPal, month to month.

How it works

  1. Find your business

Search by name and city. We pull the Google listing — rating, review count, place id — and you claim the one that is yours.

  2. Add up to three competitors

The businesses you lose customers to. Tracking them costs no extra credits: one business and its three rivals are one month of one watch.

  3. Get told what needs an answer

Reviews sync daily. When a negative review has no owner reply, it appears on your dashboard and arrives by email with the link.

Draft a reply first

The reply is the part people actually search for help with. Paste a review and get a first draft you can edit — no account, no email.

Draft a reply to your review

Paste or type something above — “Draft my reply” turns on once the box has text.

What it watches

  • Negative reviews, specifically

Not every new review — the ones that are negative and have no owner response. Alerting on all of them is how a monitoring tool gets muted in a week.

  • Every business, separately

Each tracked place reports its own last sync and its own failure count, so a scraper that broke yesterday does not look like one that never ran.

  • Your competitors, on the same page

Three rivals per watch at no extra credit cost, so a review problem is visible next to the businesses it hands customers to.

  • What was sent, and whether it arrived

Every alert records its delivery state. An alert that failed to send is shown as failed and retried, never left reading as a queue nobody saw.

  • A copy of every review you have

Every review of your own listing is saved. If one later disappears from Google, you get an email and a list with its text, rating and dates, ready to download and attach when you ask for it to be reinstated. Covers listings with up to 1,000 reviews.
