LeadSnap pricing in 2026: what the heatmap plans cost

LeadSnap pricing starts at $59 a month for its GBP & Heatmaps plan, with levels at $59, $99 and $179 a month set by how many locations you manage, and a 7 day free trial with no card required. Those are the figures on LeadSnap’s own pricing page as read in September 2026. LeadSnap sells two more products on top of that, a CRM from $99 a month and Call Tracking from $49 a month, so the first job is knowing which of the three you are pricing. This page covers the plan most people mean when they search for LeadSnap pricing, works out how many heatmap keywords each level really covers, says who should stay with LeadSnap, and shows where a flat per-keyword tracker is the cheaper fit. Local Rank Tracker is that flat option: it scans a grid around a Google Maps listing every week and shows your rank and the #1 business at each point.

This is written for a small business owner or a local-SEO freelancer who has seen a LeadSnap heatmap and wants to know what running one every week will cost.

LeadSnap pricing at a glance, as of September 2026

LeadSnap’s GBP & Heatmaps plan has three levels. Its page is direct about how they differ:

Capability does not change between levels. Only capacity does, so pick the level by how many locations you manage.

LevelPrice per monthLocationsHeatmap credits per monthPer location at full capacity
Starter$591010,000$5.90
Pro$992520,000$3.96
Agency$1795045,000$3.58

Every level lists the same toolkit: heatmap rank tracking, GBP posting and scheduling, photo scheduling and geotagging, profile lock, insights and analytics, white label reports and unlimited team members. Past 50 locations you stay on Agency and pay $3 a month per extra location.

Every charge that can appear on a LeadSnap bill

LeadSnap publishes a full list of charges, which is more than most tools in this category do. As of September 2026:

ChargeWhen it appliesAmount
Your planEvery month, for the level you chose$59 to $299
Extra locationsPast your level limit on GBP & Heatmaps$3 each
Extra companiesPast your level limit on CRM Pro and Agency$4.00 to $9.90
CitationsOnly on locations where you switch it on$20 each
Extra heatmap creditsOnly if you scan past your included creditsOptional add-on
Call tracking planOnly if you use tracking numbers$49 to $299

Two things are worth knowing before you read that table as a total:

  • Citations are their own line. They cost $20 a month per location, can be bought standalone, and cover 46 major directories plus 11 more for healthcare businesses.
  • The CRM already includes GBP & Heatmaps. LeadSnap’s FAQ says every CRM level includes the full heatmap toolkit, so you never pay for both. If you only need local SEO, the $59 to $179 levels are the whole bill.

What a LeadSnap heatmap credit buys

A heatmap credit is one point on the grid. LeadSnap’s FAQ puts it plainly:

One credit is one dot on the grid, so the grid size sets the cost.

Grid optionCredits per keyword per scan
7x749
9x9 circle61
9x9 square81
13x13169

LeadSnap also notes that heatmap scans read public ranking data, so you can scan a business whose profile you do not manage. That makes competitor scans possible, and each one draws on the same credits.

How many weekly keywords each LeadSnap level covers

This is the number that decides whether a level fits. LeadSnap’s own worked example is one keyword per client, weekly, across 10 clients on a 9x9 grid, which it puts at roughly 2,400 credits a month, well inside Starter’s 10,000.

Here is the same arithmetic spread across grid sizes, for one keyword on one listing scanned weekly, taking a month as about 4.3 weeks. These are our calculations from LeadSnap’s published figures, rounded down:

Level7x7 weekly9x9 circle weekly9x9 square weekly13x13 weekly
Starter, $59about 47 keywordsabout 38 keywordsabout 28 keywordsabout 13 keywords
Pro, $99about 94 keywordsabout 76 keywordsabout 57 keywordsabout 27 keywords
Agency, $179about 213 keywordsabout 171 keywordsabout 129 keywordsabout 61 keywords

If you track a few dozen keywords weekly and also want GBP posting, photo scheduling and white label reports, LeadSnap’s Starter level is a lot of tool for $59. That is the honest headline. Competitor scans and larger grids pull the numbers down, so read the table as a ceiling. LeadSnap says so itself: oversized grids burn credits far faster than extra clients do.

Who should stay with LeadSnap

LeadSnap is the better fit, and you should stay, if any of these describe you:

  • You manage Google Business Profiles, beyond watching rank. Posting, photo scheduling, geotagging and profile lock are the work LeadSnap automates, and none of that is rank tracking.
  • You report to clients. White label reports and unlimited team members are on every level.
  • You need citations. The $20 per location add-on builds listings across the directories named above.
  • You run a pipeline. If you want leads, sales pipelines and automations, the CRM carries the heatmap toolkit inside it.
  • You track many keywords per location. At volume, credit pricing is cheap per scan.

LeadSnap’s own page is candid about the other side:

If all you need is a rank tracker, a dedicated tool may cost you less.

That sentence is the reader this page is for.

When a flat per-keyword tracker is the cheaper fit

If what you want is a weekly Google Maps grid for a handful of keywords, a $59 plan built around profile management is more than the job needs. Local Rank Tracker is priced for that narrower job.

  • One price per tracked keyword: 20 credits a month covers one keyword on one listing, scanned every week.
  • Grid size does not change the price. You pick 3x3, 5x5 or 7x7 points, at 0.5, 1, 2, 5 or 10 miles out from the listing.
  • The scans run on their own. Nobody schedules them or watches a balance per scan.
  • A new account gets 100 credits once, which covers 5 keywords for their first month. No card is needed to start.

Each grid shows your position at every point, colour coded: top 3 in green, 4 to 10 in amber, past 10 or outside the top 20 in red. Point at any square to see which business is #1 there. If a weekly scan cannot measure enough of the grid, it says so and tries again within a day, and you keep seeing the last good grid with its date.

What Local Rank Tracker costs

Local Rank Tracker draws on the same credit balance as every Tiraisoft Radar plan. At 20 credits per keyword per month:

PlanPrice per monthCredits per monthKeywords covered
Free$0, once1005 for the first month
Starter$3920010
Pro$9955027
Agency$4993,000150

Full details are on the pricing page. Past about ten weekly keywords, LeadSnap’s credits buy more scanning per dollar, and this table does not pretend otherwise. The trade is a smaller bill for a small job, scans that run themselves, and one balance shared with review monitoring.

Rankings and reviews on one balance

Map pack position moves with reviews, and the same account can run Review Radar. It watches a listing’s Google reviews and up to three competitors’, and tells you the day a negative review goes unanswered, and one press drafts the reply for one credit. If you are weighing other geo-grid tools too, our Local Falcon pricing and Local Falcon vs BrightLocal pieces cover the credit-based options.

How to switch, or try both

You do not have to choose on paper. Neither asks for a card to start.

  1. In your LeadSnap trial, run one heatmap for the keyword that matters most and note the grid size.
  2. In Local Rank Tracker, find your listing by name and city, enter the same keyword without “near me”, and pick the closest grid size and radius.
  3. Compare the two grids after the first weekly scan. Look at where you drop out of the top 3 and who is #1 there.
  4. Keep whichever answers your question at a price that fits. If you also manage profiles, citations and client reports, that is LeadSnap. If you want a weekly grid for a few keywords and nothing else to run, that is Local Rank Tracker.

The short version

LeadSnap pricing for GBP & Heatmaps is $59, $99 or $179 a month for 10, 25 or 50 locations and 10,000 to 45,000 heatmap credits, one credit per grid point, as of September 2026, with citations at $20 per location on top. For agencies managing profiles as well as rank, it is good value and you should stay. For a few keywords scanned weekly on a small, flat bill, start Local Rank Tracker free with 5 keywords for your first month.
